Newfoundland

Many times national broadcasters refer to "coast to coast in Canada" as "Vancouver to Halifax". Well, they are forgetting Canada's unique treasure - Newfoundland. Mainlanders need to take that extra step and visit our beautiful province.

Smile canada youngest province is indeed a treasure

For any travellers that haven"t visited nfld yet, your sure to be in for a treat, nfld has a very rugged coastline & a peaceful a quiet atmosphere, the hospitality can't be beat, the people are very friendly and helpful, we have a vast area to discover true nfld beauty from rural fishing communities to city life, nature abounds in all its glory, views of nature, icebergs, whales, etc can be seen from land while hiking or one of the many boat tours, traditional nfld music & comedy skits performmed by local groups around the island is always a croud pleaser. so next plan your vacation for nfld & labrador. A whole new experince awaits....

Smile I adore newfoundland

Absolutley true, Newfoundland has the most beautiful coastline I have EVER seen. I will never see anything more beautiful then what I have seen there! Its the only place I have ever been that I felt at home and at ease the entire time I was there!
Landing in Newfoundland is an amazing experience and I cannot recommend it enough!
My Grandma lives in Bonavista overlooking the ocean.... it sucks to be a mainlander lol

The powers to be that govern Canadian flights don't seem to realize how many Newfoundlanders don't live in Newfoundland. Many of us live in Ontario and other parts of Canada with many family still in Newfoundland. We can fly across the ocean cheaper than we can fly to our beloved Newfoundland. Why not give Newfoundlanders a once-a-year break on the cost? That would fill the seats and give Newfoundlanders a chance to visit aging family members. That would be nice!
