Victoria, BC / April 30, 2009 – Cheap Tickets Canada.com has contacted Canadian Tour Operators to request that they issue refunds to all people affected by canceled Mexico flights.
We have had customers book trips to Mexico on flights that no longer exist. These customers have been given travel credits for future travel but we feel they should receive full refunds. "When one tour operator offered a six month travel credit to a customer, they were not able to rebook a holiday since no other tropical destinations were being offered around the same dates." confirmed Cheap Tickets Canada.com President, Normand Schafer.
