Cheap Flights To Canada
The cheapest tickets from Europe to central/eastern Canada you will find is Moscow-Toronto direct with Aeroflot. Best to fly on a weekday. They will compare prices for you (tell them you need the cheapest ticket possible within a 4 day range and they will tell you which ticket is cheapest)... I was quoted $680 dollars plus tax (for the low season).
From Toronto to Halifax, best to fly Tango/ Fiesta - the smaller air companies run by Air Canada - whichever one goes to Halifax.
