Hello this is my first post. I have a question. When viewing flight details from week to week from Ottawa to Orlando the price changes, this week has increased, what is the reason for this price increase when the flight details are for the same week in July?

There are only a limited number of seats on each flight at the listed discount prices. Because everyone wants the best deal they book the cheapest seats first. Generally the longer you wait to book on a scheduled airline, the more expensive it gets.
