I have basically been searching aimlessly and endlessly for about 2 hours as to where one can post a note, and have now finally found this place.

I would strongly suggest a more user friendly way of defining of finding this specific location, and a good place would be on the control panel, as a note to new members.

Another quick suggestion would be re Member List, " why in a heading like member list, would there be only a listing of 3 members?"

Just as an example. I wanted to see if I was listed, so I hit the "f" for fphooozziye, and lo and behold, "nothing" came up. This is supposed to be a list, so why are the members not listed?

I have much to offer, but when I only see three members, and when they seem not to have been on the site for months on end. I say to myself, "Why are you here when no one else is or wants to be?"
